Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or actively enrolled.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; stand and move for entire shift.
• Ability to operate basic retail equipment (POS) and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale.
• Present monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages and upsell products.
• Greet customers and set positive first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction and upsell where appropriate.
