Job summary

Playa Bowls Dayton is seeking part-time Team Members to bring energy and a guest-first attitude. You will help guests choose bowls and smoothies, prepare items with care, and keep the shop clean and stocked in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders, using Clover POS, prepping bowls and drinks, stocking, and ensuring quality. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts and tips.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly, helpful service to guests.
• Reliable and punctual, able to arrive on time for shifts.
• Strong team player with a helpful attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn Playa Bowls recipes, standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Help guests choose bowls, smoothies, and other items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Use the Clover POS system to process transactions.
• Prepare bowls, smoothies, juices, and other items according to standards.
• Assemble orders with accuracy, portion size, and presentation.
• Check products for freshness, quality, and appearance.
• Perform food prep and service tasks as assigned.
• Keep counters, prep areas, and dining areas clean and organized.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Receive deliveries and verify quantity and quality.
• Communicate shortages or issues to Shift Leader or manager.
• Support teammates during busy periods.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company standards.
