Job summary

Centennial Hospitality Group in Boulder, CO is hiring Wing Shack Team Members. You’ll be eligible for tips in our tip pool and earn a base rate of $17.00–$17.25 per hour, with total earnings potential enhanced by tips.

As a Team Member, you will cross-train across Kitchen, Prep, Cleaning, and Front Counter duties, arrive on time, perform tasks per training, stay professional, and work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to attend shifts.
• Availability as required by the company.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions.
• Able to perform all essential job functions as trained and oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with hospitality and take orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate and prepared with care, and support front-of-house operations.
• Be a flavor hero by assisting across roles and solving small problems.
• Aim to make every guest leave saying it was awesome.
• Follow safety regulations and health code requirements.
• Cross-train across restaurant systems and duties as needed.

THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR TIPS IN OUR TIP POOL.

Our team averages $3.50-$6.00 per hour plus the base rate of $17.00-$17.25 per hour.

About the role

• Wing Shack Team Members are expected to cross‑train across all systems in the restaurant, from Kitchen to Prep to Cleaning to Front Counter responsibilities and to attend all six expectations detailed in the employee orientation and training materials at all times.

Kitchen work includes but is not limited to preparing, cooking, grilling, frying, saucing, bagging, and seasoning all items on the menu using traditional restaurant cooking equipment.

Prep includes but is not limited to preparing and portioning recipes, products, and finished items for use in the kitchen or front counter.

Cleaning includes but is not limited to cleaning and organizing equipment, facilities, products, dishes, and materials using various cleaning tools and products to keep a neat and well‑maintained working and dining space.

Front counter responsibilities include taking and delivering orders to in‑store or takeout guests or vendors, collecting payment through proper cash‑handling practices, and delighting guests through all ordering channels with a focus on hospitality.

Abiding by all safety regulations and health code expectations at all times.
