AquaSonic Car Wash, LLC is hiring in Tampa, FL and growing fast as part of America’s Smartest Car Wash. No prior car wash experience is required; we’ll teach you the business. Join a positive, energetic team that values reliability, learning, outdoor work, and customer interaction.

Base pay starts at $15/hour with commission, and most teammates earn $18–$22/hour. Benefits include PTO from day one, 401(k) with company match, complimentary car washes, and fast advancement opportunities.

AquaSonic is a fast-growing, professional car wash company building America's Smartest Car Wash.

We're looking for positive, energetic team players who enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a great team.

You don't need car wash experience. We'll teach you the business. We're looking for the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with a smile and create a great experience.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash.
• Talk with customers about our Unlimited Wash Club and earn commission.
• Keep the property, lobby, vacuums, and tunnel clean.
• Work together with your team to keep the operation running safely and efficiently.
• Bring energy, urgency, and a positive attitude every shift.

What You'll Get

• $15/hour base + commission Our people sell at 25%+ membership to retail. Commission is $7 a car when your above 25%.
  • Most team members earn $18-$22/hour

• Must be able to stand for 4-5 hours without needing a break
