Job summary

The Salema Group is hiring for a team-oriented role on the Dunkin’ franchisee side of the business in New Hampshire. You’ll help maintain a welcoming guest experience, prepare drinks and food to set standards, and keep dining, prep, and equipment areas clean. This position emphasizes energy, service, and days that close with strong end-of-day routines.

The role offers full-time scheduling with additional tips and potential growth within a family-owned, regional Dunkin’ franchise network.

Pay

• Full-time: Up to $16.00/hour + tips


• Part-time: $12.50-$14.50/hour + tips
