Metro Franchising Commissary LLC is seeking Part-Time Team Members for the 5am Morning Opening Shift at multiple NY locations. The role focuses on delivering great guest experiences and upholding Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins standards.

Candidates should be able to start at 5am, work mornings, and demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and a strong guest-first attitude. Competitive hourly pay applies with opportunities for growth within the New York market.

• Part-Time Team Members working the Morning Opening Shift starting at 5am.
• Respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with urgency.

Position Requirements

We are looking for Part-Time Team Members that will who will work the Morning Opening Shift starting at 5am, and who will.

• Treat Guests as their #1 Priority – respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with sense of urgency
• Be a Team Player – communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, support your fellow Team Members
• Prepare products according to Metro’s Operational standards, Quality standards and Safety standards
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas
