Metro Franchising is hiring Team Members for the 4am Morning Opening shift at the Melville location, delivering great guest experiences and starting the day with energy. Join the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins family and contribute to a guest‑centered culture.

We offer Part-Time or Full-Time roles with pay from $17.00 per hour, training, flexible schedules, and a rewards program, all within a dynamic, growth‑m oriented team in New York Market.

Responsibilities

• Treat Guests as their #1 Priority – respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with sense of urgency
• Be a Team Player – communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, support your fellow Team Members
• Prepare products according to Metro’s Operational standards, Quality standards and Safety standards
• Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas
• Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems
• Comply with all Metro’s policies & procedures
