Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking Team Members to support daily restaurant operations in Pharr, Texas. You will help ensure friendly, personalized service and great food delivered promptly in a clean, inviting environment.

You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, operate the POS, and help with food prep, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining safety standards. This is a fast-paced role that rewards reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Minimum age 16; 18 to work opening/closing shifts.
• Able to work at multiple stations and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues.
• Operates POS and uses suggestive selling to generate sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen area, counters, food prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works with management to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.

As an integral member of the Operations Team, this position is responsible for:
