Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza seeks team members to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and help maintain a clean, inviting environment with great food.

As part of the operations team, you will work at multiple stations, ensure order accuracy, stock items, and follow health and safety standards while supporting managers and teammates to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old; 18+ for opening/closing shifts.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible work availability; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, process payments, and resolve issues.
• Operate cash register/ POS and use suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verify accuracy of guest orders and prepare/packages food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Uphold health and safety standards; stock inventory as needed.
• Attend shifts reliably and follow uniform/grooming policies.

Here-s What You Will Be Doing

As an integral member of the Operations Team, this position is responsible for:

• Friendly demeanor. Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or point of sale devices, as needed, and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
• Communicates in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers
• Verifies the accuracy of guests- orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Cleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works with management to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Learns team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goals.
