Job summary

Arby's is seeking a Team Member in Wenatchee, WA to support daily restaurant operations and deliver a delicious guest experience. You may take orders, help with prep, and assist across roles based on manager guidance and your strengths.

This role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• You are familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• You are punctual about working on a schedule we mutually agree on.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and help with order preparation.
• Operate restaurant tasks on a day-to-day basis as directed by management.
• Be ready to assist teammates and adjust to different roles as needed.

Job description

As a Team Member, your personality and commitment to creating a delicious experience for Guests.You'll help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that your service will keep our customers coming back for more.We have multiple positions that range from Guest order taking, Order prep, order preparation and you will be taught to work at one of these positions based on Managers' discretion and your strength.
