Job summary

Get Air Waterloo is hiring upbeat, customer-focused team members to help guests have the best day ever at our trampoline park in Waterloo, IA.

You will assist guests, ensure safety, host parties, and contribute to sales and cleanliness while earning tips and bonuses. Training is provided, and you can jump for free when you’re off the clock.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities within the park, and a fun, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with park activities and check-in processes.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain cleanliness throughout the park.
• Host parties and birthday events, supporting guests and team members.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
