TEAM MEMBER

Team members help customers find desired goods or services. They answer questions, make purchase recommendations and explain the benefits of the goods or services. Once they have helped customers make a satisfactory selection, they add up the total purchases and complete the transactions.

This role encompasses monitoring the pool area, enforcing safety rules, maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and sometimes handling basic pool equipment maintenance.

Assists with preparing, serving, and replenishing food and drinks while maintaining cleanliness.

Providing excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.

Creating memorable experiences by greeting customers, working with fellow team members, and maintaining a positive environment.
