Job summary

Caribou Coffee Operating Company, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding guest service and craft beverages that meet Caribou standards. You will engage with guests, upsell thoughtfully, and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include taking orders, handling cash, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team as needed in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow within the brand.

• Hospitality experience is beneficial.
• Ability to interact with guests and provide friendly service.
• Willingness to learn Caribou beverage and food procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and build relationships with guests.
