Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is seeking an Associate to join our hands-on team in Trussville, AL. This role guides guests through the wash experience, keeps the lot running smoothly, and helps ensure a positive day for customers. The work is physical, fast-paced, and visible in each shift.

We offer a 60-day structured certification program to set you up from day one; no experience required. Base pay ranges from $9.20 to $14.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean wash area. Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews. Manage member accounts and inventory.
• General Duties: Maintain professional conduct, perform opening/closing duties, and keep the tunnel clean.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving position on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station. You'll guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running at full speed, and be the reason someone's day gets a little better. The work is physical, the crew is tight, and every shift has a visible result. If you're someone who needs to be on the move to feel alive, this is your kind of place.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome Station and Sales Performance Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance. Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management. Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.

Wash Station Service Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area. Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions. Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.

Convenience Station Engage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews. Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX). Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy. Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas. Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters. Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.

General Duties Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times. Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations. Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.
