Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members in Towson, MD. You will greet guests, uphold quality, and assist with store operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, friendly service, and a positive atmosphere to make mornings brighter for customers.

Starting at an entry-level rate with potential tips, you will work in a fast-paced bakery environment and have opportunities to grow into leadership roles as you gain experience and demonstrate reliability.

What are we looking for?

Hourly Rate $14.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
