Job summary

Dunkin' in New York is hiring a Team Member to be the friendly face of our store, greeting guests, taking orders, and helping serve our coffee, donuts, and other treats.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-centered environment, gain skills in POS transactions, stock management, and customer service, with flexibility for early mornings, nights, and weekends.

• Keep workstations clean and organized, following Dunkin' safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with stocking and inventory management to ensure the store is always fully stocked.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Support other team members with daily tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
