Einstein Bros. Bagels in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Team Member to welcome guests and provide friendly service while maintaining product quality. This role supports fast-paced operations and clean, safe spaces, with shifts starting early and ending around 2 PM, offering opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including early hours and weekends.
• Restaurant, retail or guest service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive guest experience.
• Ensure quality and safety of food and beverages served.
• Keep the store clean, stocked and organized.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
