The Michaels Companies is hiring for a Store Team Member in Southington, CT. You will provide friendly customer service, help customers find products, and support fast, accurate checkout.
The role includes unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining planograms to keep the store well merchandised. You will engage customers in rewards programs, assist with omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and Ship From Store, and participate in inventory recovery and safety programs.

Pay & Benefits
Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $17.25 - $20.30 This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
