Job summary

Urban Air South Portland is hiring for multiple entry-level roles including Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host and Café positions. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to work shifts across Mon-Thu and Fri-Sun.

All team members are expected to deliver high-energy, customer-focused service in a fast-paced indoor entertainment environment. Prior experience in retail or hospitality is welcome but not required.

JOB SUMMARY

Urban Air is seeking qualified and energetic individuals for Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host and Café Positions. Applicants MUST have reliable transportation to and from the Park, and must possess the ability to work at least one (1) shift between Monday-Thursday and two (2) shifts between Friday-Sunday.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
• Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred, but not required
