Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Social Circle, GA is seeking a Team Member to deliver fast, bold food and superb Guest service. You will help ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, assist Guests, and support Team Members in a busy, friendly environment.

Responsibilities include promoting Guest satisfaction, escalating concerns to the General Manager, identifying Guests’ needs, cross-training, and adhering to policies to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with our fast paced environment.
• Commitment to our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred.
• Food Safety Certified - Preferred.
