Attendance

• Understands posted work schedule and reports to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform and ready to begin tasks
• Provides appropriate notice when unable to be at work

Pay and Benefits

Part‑time employees (30 hours a week or less):

• Wage rate – $15.49 to $18.00
• NJ Sick Leave – accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per benefit year
• Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals

Full‑time employees (32 hours a week or more):

• Wage rate – $15.49 to $19.00
• NJ Sick Leave – accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per benefit year
• Eligible for medical, dental and health insurance
• Eligible for period bonus if store achieves desired goals
