White Castle in Shelbyville, KY is hiring crew members to deliver fast, friendly service and help operate the kitchen and drive-thru. You’ll assist with taking orders, handling payments, and keeping areas clean and safe while learning our processes.

This entry-level role starts at competitive hourly pay with opportunities for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience, plus benefits and growth potential within a long-standing, family-oriented company.

• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include customer service, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

Compensation

Competitive WEEKLY pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Rate: $13.50 - $17.40 per hour
