Nothing Bundt Cakes in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Team Member to help deliver our signature Joyful Experience through warm, friendly service. You will be part of a bakery family focused on hospitality and brand excellence.

In this role, you will greet guests, assist with cake selections and custom orders, operate the POS, and wrap/pack cakes with precision. You’ll keep the shop tidy, stock supplies, and support daily operations to ensure guests leave smiling.

Responsibilities:

A Team Member is responsible for providing Bundt—Class Guest Service by:

• Greeting guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality
• Assisting guests with cake selections, customization, and special orders
• Operating the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Packaging cakes with precision and brand consistency
• Maintaining a clean, organized, joyful bakery environment
• Supporting bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and prepping
• Upholding brand standards to ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived

Requirements:
