Job summary

Noah’s New York Bagels is hiring Team Members in San Mateo, CA to deliver warm, friendly guest service and ensure top‑quality bagels and beverages. You’ll be part of a lively team that values work‑life balance and a positive customer experience.

As a Team Member you’ll greet guests, handle orders, keep the store clean, and support busy periods with a can‑do attitude. Flexible hours, competitive pay and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promote a positive guest experience.
• Assist with order taking, food and beverage quality, and maintaining a clean store.
• Collaborate with the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
• Support with basic duties as needed to help the team succeed.

What are we looking for?
