Job summary

Jamba is seeking enthusiastic team members in San Diego to join our store family. You’ll help guests with friendly service, prepare smoothies and bowls, and work in a fast-paced, fun environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling, in-store training, and opportunities to grow within a health-focused lifestyle brand. Prior experience isn’t required, and we’ll train you on the POS system and products.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience in food service or retail (we'll train you!)
• Age 16+ (Worker’s Permit required if under 18)
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move around during shifts
• Comfort working in cold environments (walk-in fridge/freezer)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Cash handling and customer service skills preferred
• English comprehension for instructions and communication

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist guests in-store
• Operate cash register and handle take payments accurately
• Prepare smoothies and bowls following recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and safety: sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Assist with stocking, restocking supplies, and resetting display cases
• Be flexible with shifts and able to stand for long periods
