Job summary

Swig is seeking a friendly crew member to craft drinks and food while greeting guests with a smile. You’ll keep dining areas clean, assist with prep and to-go orders, and help deliver a top-notch experience in a fun, fast-paced setting.

Applicants should be 16+, bring reliability, strong communication, and a team-first attitude. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and health/safety standards are part of daily work.

• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless and organized.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging for efficiency.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and specials to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow all company policies and uphold Swig’s standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhancing their experience!

• Perform other duties as needed.
