Job summary

Smoothie King in Rowlett, TX is seeking Team Members to prepare handcrafted smoothies and bowls, greet guests, and deliver enthusiastic service. You’ll help guests meet health goals while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and assisting with stocking and POS operations.

No formal experience required; training is provided. You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on a fun, healthy lifestyle and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Good communication and a friendly demeanor are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn.
• Retail sales experience is a plus; nutrition/fitness interest is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted smoothies, bowls, and food quickly and accurately.
• Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Educate guests on smoothies, nutrition enhancements, vitamins, and supplements.
• Recommend products based on guest needs to enhance their experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.

• Restock ingredients and supplies during the shift.
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Frequently lift, reach, bend, and carry items up to 55 pounds.
• Operate blenders, kitchen equipment, and POS systems safely.
• Work in refrigerated and freezer areas as needed.
• Tolerate exposure to common food allergens.
