Job summary

Swig Provo is seeking a friendly Crew Member to craft drinks and food, greet guests, and keep our space clean in a fast-paced setting. You’ll follow Swig’s procedures to deliver happy moments in every cup.

You’ll need a food handler's permit and reliable transportation, and you must be at least 16 years old. Prior restaurant experience is a plus, and we offer flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a fun team environment.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.

• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and be welcoming.
• Offer add-ons and show menu items to boost guest satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless — from wiping tables to deep cleaning as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhancing their experience!
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
