Job summary

White Castle is seeking team members for various roles at our location. You’ll contribute to customer service, operate the cash register and drive-thru, and assist in food preparation while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

No prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive training. We value outgoing, friendly personalities and a strong team spirit to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include customer service, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly


• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment


• Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Compensation

Competitive WEEKLY pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $19.20 per hour
