Firehouse Subs | Firebox, LLC in Pensacola, FL is hiring Crew Members for both full-time and part-time roles. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour plus a weekly tip share, which currently adds about $1.50–$2.50 per hour to your base rate, bringing the effective range to $15.50–$16.50 per hour.

Crew Members operate across stations in the sub making process, starting in one position and then cross-training for all roles.

Job description

We are currently looking for passionate Crew Members to join our team! We are hiring for FULL- and PART-TIME positionsstarting pay is $14.00 per hour plus tip share paid weekly which currently average $1.50 to $2.50 per hour added to your regular pay. Your effective hourly rate is $15.50 to $16.50 per hour.

The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then eventually cross-trained for all positions. Your job is to make sure that our customers have a fantastic experience-- so delivering top-notch customer service for every shift is critical!
