• Other duties as assigned, including cleaning and food preparation
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep our Restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Support wherever needed, as we hire Team Members (not positions)-everyone is expected to contribute across all areas of the restaurant.
• Handle cash responsibly, accurately perform transactions, and demonstrate strong basic math skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 18 years older.
• Must have full availability from open to close on Friday and Saturday
• Availability must remain consistent and unchanged during the first 90-day probationary period
