Pizza Inn of Paducah is seeking energetic, dependable team members to support buffet, dough prep, and guest service. You’ll help keep the dining area clean and inviting and assist with food preparation as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.

Eligible candidates must be 16 or older, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Training will be provided, with opportunities for growth within the restaurant.

What You’ll Be Doing

Buffet Excellence: Keep the salad bar and pizza buffet looking fresh, full, and appetizing.

Guest Service: Greet guests with a smile, handle transactions at the register, and ensure the dining room is clean and welcoming.

Kitchen Support: Assist with food prep (chopping veggies, preparing dough) and keeping the "back of house" organized.

Clean Team: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by busing tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping as needed.

Versatility: Be ready to jump in wherever you're needed, from the pizza oven to the front door.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old, but we do hire a handful of 15 year olds during the summer months.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

No prior restaurant experience required—we will train the right personality!

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $0.10 - $0.13 per hour
