Job summary

Papa Johns is hiring Team Members in Newark, NJ. You’ll rotate through stations, make pizzas, take orders by phone and in person, and handle cash and card transactions as part of a tight crew. No experience required, just reliability and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and ingredients as part of a fast-paced team.
• Take orders by phone and in person, and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist teammates as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure orders are accurate.

What You'll Be Doing

No two shifts look exactly the same. You'll rotate through workstations, making pizzas, prepping ingredients, taking orders by phone and in person, processing cash and card transactions, and making sure every customer leaves with exactly what they came for. You'll work as part of a tight crew where everyone looks out for each other, keeps their station clean, and finishes strong at the end of every shift.

Fast-paced? Yes. Repetitive? Never.

Requirements

You don't need experience, just reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and a Food Handler Certification is a plus. If you show up on time, work hard, and genuinely care about the quality of what you're putting out, you'll fit right in here.
