Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude; assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area; operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews; manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes.
• General Duties: Maintain professional conduct, open/close procedures, clean tunnel, prepare towels and materials, and keep work areas safe and tidy.

You'll guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running at full speed, and be the reason someone's day gets a little better.
