Job summary

Burger King in Montrose, Colorado is seeking Team Members to join a fast-paced, guest-focused crew. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare food, handle payments, and keep a clean, safe restaurant environment.

No prior fast-food experience is required; willingness to learn, competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement are included. Must be able to work 30-40 hours per week, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Our Team Members are motivated, team oriented, friendly, dependable and driven to providing excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests hot, fresh food in a clean, safe environment in a friendly, fast manner. Previous fast food experience is preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute genuine greetings and farewells, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments from customers, and other cash handling duties.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent orders.
• Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms.
• Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
• Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Environment

• Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions.
• Required to stand for long periods of time, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.
