Job summary

Auntie Anne's in Meridian Mall, Okemos, MI, is seeking a Crew Member to welcome guests, take orders, and prepare pretzels and beverages as part of a friendly, fast-paced team.

You will learn multi-position duties, maintain clean stations, and follow brand standards to deliver a quality guest experience. Prior customer service or POS experience is preferred; age requirements apply and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, POS, and/or food service prep experience preferred.
• Must meet age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, primarily pretzels and beverages.
• Greet guests and take orders accurately and with a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and packaging; follow step-by-step prep procedures.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and, when in cash-handling roles, accurate cash control.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables or guests and confirm order accuracy.
• Keep dining areas and service stations clean and organized.

Job Overview:

Provide a quality guest experience through serving our customers with a positive and welcoming attitude and in a speedy fashion.Through following our outlined daily procedures, you will help optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and contribute to cleanliness, in the culmination of serving our customers well.

Crew members strive to deliver a quality guest experience, deliver products and recipes that meet brand standards, while maintaining their stations in a clean and orderly manner and assist other team members as needed.

Crew members may be trained in multiple positions including front of house, back of house, guest service, or prep and production.Each position has different duties and responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of food items, primarily pretzels and beverages, etc.
• Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• This position requires knowledge of the menu items and their ingredients and packaging as well as familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for making a variety of food and beverage products.Some positions require the preparation of food and beverage items and the team member is responsible for maintaining quality standards of the products prepared.
• Responsible for friendly and efficient customer service. In addition, Team Members working cash handling positions will be responsible for accurate cash control.
• Responsible for delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders.
• Responsible for cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests.May also be responsible for cleanliness of various stations or food production or storage areas.

Job Type: Hourly/Part-Time

Requirements:

Experience: 1 + year of customer service, point of sale, and or food service prep experience preferred.

Education: Must meet age requirements.
