Job summary

Firehouse Subs on Merritt Island is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members for both full-time and part-time shifts. Crew Members stand for most of their shift and rotate through stations in the sub making process, starting in one role and then cross-training for all positions.

You’ll deliver top-notch customer service to ensure a fantastic experience for every guest. Training begins in your initial role—Cashier or Sandwich Maker—and expands as you learn additional duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service to every guest.
• Operate and rotate through sandwich making and cashier stations.
• Maintain clean workstations and follow food safety guidelines.

We are currently looking for passionate Crew Members to join our team! We are hiring for FULL- and PART-TIME positions!

The Crew Members are on their feet for the majority of the shift while working different stations in the sub making process. Initially, Crew Members are trained in one position, i.e. Cashier, Sandwich Makers, then eventually cross-trained for all positions. Your job is to make sure that our customers have a fantastic experience-- so delivering top-notch customer service for every shift is critical!
