Job summary

Smoothie King in Mayfield Heights, OH is seeking a brand ambassador to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them to smoothies and products that fit an active lifestyle. You will greet guests and provide a friendly experience while assisting with product prep and execution of store tasks.

As a team member, you’ll prep fruits and ingredients, participate in opening/closing duties, and uphold Smoothie King's culture and values in daily interactions with guests.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a “guest comes first” attitude.

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure the Guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.

• Show up on time and ready to work.
