Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels Matthews is seeking Team Members to greet guests, promote the brand, and help ensure a welcoming, clean, high‑quality service experience.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, friendly environment at Festival Shopping Center in Matthews, NC with flexible hours and a schedule that avoids evenings and nights. Experience in retail or food service is a plus, but not required; we offer training, competitive pay, and benefits after eligibility.

Team Member Role

What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years or older


• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends


• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment


• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
