Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring team members to deliver fast, friendly service and handle orders, cash and customer issues with a positive attitude. You’ll contribute to product preparation, quality, and a clean, safe dining room and back-of-house area.

Flexible shifts include day, night, evening, and late-night slots, with opportunities for growth through training, mentorship and internal advancement within the world's largest restaurant company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs).
• Attendance and punctuality a must.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues.
• Prepare products and maintain quality of the menu items.
• Monitor service equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Unload, stock and maintain inventory levels as needed.
• Support recognition and motivation efforts among team members.

The responsibilities of the team member will include:

• Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues.
• Preparation of products.
• Maintaining quality of product.
• Monitoring all service equipment.
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level.
