Job summary

Bagel Brands in Manvel, Texas, is seeking Team Members to greet guests, maintain a welcoming store, and help ensure the quality of our bagels and drinks. You will be part of a friendly team focused on creating a warm, enjoyable guest experience from arrival to checkout.

As a Team Member, you’ll be a brand ambassador, contribute to a fast-paced store, and support a positive, collaborative atmosphere. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Team Members ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in.
• Act as brand ambassadors by promoting the company with a positive guest experience.
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served and by keeping a safe, clean store environment.
