Job summary

KFC Los Lunas is hiring a Team Member to greet customers and help deliver quick, friendly service in a busy restaurant. The role includes taking orders, serving food, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• The Team Member is the first face customers see when entering the restaurant or the first voice heard at drive-thru, setting the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience.
• Greets and serves customers quickly and efficiently or supports kitchen operations as a cook.
• Maintain friendly attitude and excellent customer service.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and managers.

The Team Member is the first face that customers see when they walk through the door or the first voice they hear when they place a drive-thru order so you will set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience and bring the great Taco Bell tastes to life.

Key responsibilities are ensuring customer’s satisfaction while being the smiling face that greets and serves the customers quickly and efficiently or a cook who make things happen in the kitchen.
