Noah’s New York Bagels in Los Gatos is hiring Team Members to welcome guests and deliver a friendly, fast-paced service in a shop that closes early. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay with tips, and opportunities to advance from within the team.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe store, and promoting a positive guest experience. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with eligibility for benefits after tenure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive guest experience and ensure quality of food and beverages.
• Keep a safe, clean store environment and assist with day-to-day duties.

What are we looking for?

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Hourly Rate

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
• Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
