Job summary

• Applies knowledge of the Baked Bear products and assists customers through the ordering process.
• Takes orders and prepares menu items promptly and in accordance with customer requests.
• Follows all training steps and processes.
• Operates the POS system and cash register properly with each transaction.
• Responsible for keeping the counters and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning procedures.
• Adheres to all company policies in a professional and timely manner.
• Follows company operational processes with opening/closing lists.
• Applies knowledge of food handling requirements.
• Possess a food handlers card or attend an in-house food handlers class and pass the test.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• You must be professional, punctual, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills.
