Job summary

Steak 'n Shake Kentwood is seeking a Team Member to join our fast-paced, hospitality-driven team in Kentwood, MI. You’ll help deliver high-energy service, take orders (including kiosk assistance), and keep guests coming back for our burgers and shakes.

Responsibilities

• Follow all brand standards for food safety and dress code.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Stay flexible and dependable during busy shifts.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
