Team Member Job Description

At Smoothie King, Team Members are the foundation of our business. Joining our team means starting a journey of development, leadership, and fun.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic individuals who want to grow — and help guests Rule the Day with every blend.

What You'll Do:

Greet and serve guests with energy, friendliness, and hospitality
Learn and blend smoothies using our signature recipes
Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked
Collaborate with your team to hit daily goals
Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and hospitality-driven
Able to take initiative, communicate clearly, and solve problems
Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time or full-time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed). This description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time or without notice. Our location hours change pending seasonality. (Ex. Summer and Holiday hours).

Company Introduction

We are a leadership company that blends and serves smoothies to our guests. We have 24 locations throughout Michigan and seven in the Columbus Ohio area with plans to add 10 more in the next year and a half so come grow with us!
