Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash seeks an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running smoothly. You will work hands-on on the lot, in the tunnel, and at the vacuum station, delivering a fast, friendly service that makes guests’ day better.

No prior experience is required as a 60-day certification program starts you from day one. You’ll stay active outdoors, handle daily tasks, and contribute to a safe, efficient car wash operation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service and guide membership sign-ups.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and keep area clean.
• Convenience Station: engage customers and manage member accounts (cancellations/plan changes).
• Stock and organize detail centers to ensure accessibility and inventory accuracy.
• General duties: maintain cleanliness, trash pickup, and tunnel safety.
• Support daily operations with towels and materials as needed.

If you're someone who needs to be on the move to feel alive, this is your kind of place.Key Responsibilities:Welcome Station and Sales PerformanceProvide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.Wash Station ServiceFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting conditions.Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding operational issues.Convenience StationEngage with customers professionally to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews.Manage member accounts, including cancellations, plan changes, and overall member experience (CX).Stock and organize detail centers to maintain accessibility and inventory accuracy.Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.Maintain vacuum stations by checking for clogs and emptying canisters.Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.General DutiesMaintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards at all times.Perform opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.Clean and maintain the tunnel to ensure safety and operational efficiency.Prepare towels and other necessary materials to support daily operations.#LI-DNIWhat We’re Looking ForWe don't hire for what you know.
