A leading smoothie retailer in Homewood, Illinois is looking for Team Members to prepare and serve delicious smoothies while assisting customers with vitamins and nutritional supplements. You'll play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and creating a positive experience. Successful candidates should be energetic individuals with strong customer service skills, and experience in food service or retail is a plus. Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary.
• Food Service experience preferred but not required.
• Prior retail experience in Nutrition/Fitness industry is a plus.

Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach their health and fitness goals. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy.

• Providing guests with information regarding our products

• Commission Sales experience helpful
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
• Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
