Job summary

White Castle in Hoffman Estates, IL is hiring a team member to help serve Cravers with a friendly, can-do attitude. No experience required—we’ll train you on cash handling, drive-thru, and food prep in a fast-paced, family-style environment.

You’ll be part of a fourth-generation team dedicated to safety and quality, with weekly pay, benefits like PTO, medical plans, 401(k), and opportunities for growth through promote-from-within programs.

• Competitive WEEKLY pay! This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with the potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
