Job summary

Captain D’s is seeking a friendly Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and help provide a fast, enjoyable dining experience. The role emphasizes guest focus, reliability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work flexible shifts with opportunities for growth, training, and recognition as part of a close-knit team. Competitive hourly pay and employee discounts are included; weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 14+ years old.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and represent Captain D’s with a positive attitude.
• Assist team members to ensure fast, accurate service during busy periods.
• Help maintain clean dining and service areas and follow food safety guidelines.
